The General Processes of Printing

Each of our printing process integrates technical and / or supports that limit the impact of your environmental communication.

Our printing includes the sorting.

Focus on quality

Expotech launches new generation of High Definition printing process which will replace the traditional photo printing process (silver picture)

- With our latest acquisition, the new flagship of Epson printer, Expotech today offers an unmatched quality in the restoration of images. The 11 new pigment inks provide an important extension of the color spectrum, especially on skin tones and promote the creation of blue and purple shades deeper.

- This advanced technology allows one to reproduce a photographic equivalent of the silver, while respecting our environment. This printing method comes in striking silver prints which are, required chemical development (developer, fixer) products whose releases are totally banned.

All our fabrics are made with textile fully recyclable bottles or new textiles. Sublimation can also use ink made 90% water, 10% natural dyes.

Focus on textiles made

Sublimation is a printing technique that allows to fix the image in the textile fabric using special inks called “Eco-subliming. The image is first printed on recycled paper and then under the effect of a heat of 200 ° C, will migrate to the fabric by sublimation.

This type of printing directly sets the color molecules in textile fibers with excellent reproduction of the image and a very high light fastness.

The visual is more, infinitely reusable with the possibility of washing machine. This process is suitable for unique impressions as well as large runs.

All our fabrics are made with textile fully recyclable bottles or new textiles. Sublimation also allows the use of inks consisting 90% water and 10% natural dyes.

Focus photorealistic rendering

The laser imager Durst Lambda large format offers the possibility of a direct digital exposure from a file through its three lasers. The production quality is comparable to that of a conventional photographic image. This method provides high fidelity colors, gradients of chromic perfect regularity, greater wealth of detail and sharper text, compared to conventional printing techniques. It also provides a video resolution of 4000 dpi.

The particularity of this ecological printing process is that it fixes the image on the laser medium and uses no ink. All our materials are certified (PEFC certification of sustainable forest management).

Focus on large formats

Printing digital inkjet offers a wide variety of achievements in various formats. It also allows rendering high resolution for large and very large sizes.

This printing process allows us to produce visual media in completely recyclable. The paper is certified (PEFC certification of sustainable forest management) and the sheets are from the sector Evergreen, 100% recyclable.

Focus on quantity

The technological advances we now offer through the screen printing process, a greater variety of formats (1600×2600 mm), a refined frame for a minimum reduced to 75 copies.

Screen printing allows us to achieve energy savings with fast printing and automated finishing. Furthermore, this method allows to optimize the use of media. When printing on canvas, it comes from the sector Evergreen, 100% recyclable.
